Contest Rules

Must be a business in good standing within 30 miles of Spokane…Must be over 18 years of age and able to make media buying decisions for company…This is for our Basic Commercial Package which includes up to 4 hours of video shoot with up to 8 hours of editing…1 hour meeting to discuss company requirements…iMpro will then present two concepts based on 1 hour meeting and company will select one…Outside models are extra…1 camera shoot at agreed upon local location…Random spot placement on air…no guarantee of specific placement…No guarantee of results…Ad must be for business…Limits on changes and responsibility

Contest is not open to sponsors, advertising and promotional agencies, media production companies and their respective affiliates and associates and such immediate family members and persons with whom such employees are domiciled.

One must follow the rules completely to be eligible for the drawing.  iMpro will be the final judge on who has or has not conformed.

The prize is valued at $4000 (Creative; 4 hours of video shoot; 8 hours of editing; 50 placement spots; plus jingle).

Each business can enter only once

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  Purchase will not improve chances of winning.               

Claiming the media package requires proof that business is in good standing with the city, and state.

Winners agree that iMpro has a royalty-free right to use, reproduce, edit, display, transmit, prepare derivative works of, modify, publish and otherwise make use of winners name in relationship to winning contest in any and all media, whether now known or hereinafter created, throughout the world and for any purpose.

Winners are solely responsible for all taxes and/or fees that may be incurred.  All winners are required to provide iMpro with legal picture identification and Social Security number upon receipt of prize.  Winner will forfeit all winnings if id and Social Security number are not provided.  A w9 must be completed by the winner and promotion is subject to federal, state and local regulations and laws, and is void where taxed, restricted or prohibited…Contest is open to U.S. citizens only.

Odds of winning based on number of entries received.  All entries must be entered at www.impro.biz with email and contact name.

Neither iMpro, LLC, any sponsors, nor employees of iMpro, LLC or sponsors may be held liable for any warranty, costs, damage, injury, or any other claims incurred as a result of this commercial or its production.  iMpro is not liable for any loss arising out of or in connection with or resulting from any contest promoted by iMpro, LLC.
